This one day course is designed to give you the basic knowledge of how to administer emergency first aid. Some companies only require emergency training following a first aid risk assessment – in such cases, our 1-day emergency first aid at work course is sufficient and first aiders only need to receive the EFAW qualification. Depending on the outcome of the assessment, other businesses may need more extensive training for the first aid at work (FAW) qualification.

Assessment
The exam paper will be taken under examination conditions, i.e. learners will sit a minimum of 1.25 metres apart, will not confer during the examination and no electronic devices (such as mobile phones) or books, including dictionaries, will be permitted.
